What You'll Do:

As a Wellness Membership Advisor , you'll be the friendly face clients see first and the helpful hand guiding them into a consistent wellness journey. You'll drive sales and membership growth , deliver exceptional customer service , and ensure every client leaves feeling like a VIP.

Your day-to-day includes:

Connecting with new and returning clients to understand their needs Recommending personalized treatment plans and memberships Rebooking appointments and helping clients commit to self-care Exceeding expectations by "WOWing" clients with each interaction Meeting personal and studio sales goals Creating loyal fans through your warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism Continually learning through training and role-play to sharpen your skills Working closely with an awesome team and management who are here to support you

What We're Looking For:

You love talking to people , building trust, and making them feel seen and heard You're goal-oriented and energized by meeting (and beating!) sales targets You handle fast-paced environments and multi-tasking like a pro You're all about integrity , follow-through , and exceptional service You're open to learning, growing, and becoming a wellness expert

Requirements:

Must be available for in-person shifts in Lone Tree, CO 80124 Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting Part-time role with potential to grow As part of your application, please share your favorite wellness ritual either in a cover letter or on your resume Must be comfortable with sales as this is a sales role Sales, spa, or wellness background is a plus — but passion and people skills matter most!
