Position Overview The Wellness Sales Consultant is responsible for all new client appointments and program enrollment.
This role is focused on:
Understanding the client's goals and challenges Educating them on our services Recommending the appropriate program Guiding them into starting care Once a client begins, the Case Manager takes over clinical strategy, and the Client Success Manager ensures consistency and experience. This is a sales-focused role centered around consultation, communication, and conversion — not ongoing case management. Key Responsibilities Consultation & Client Strategy Conduct all new client consultations and first appointments Perform initial measurements and assessments Understand client goals, lifestyle, and challenges Clearly explain treatment options, timelines, and expectations Build trust quickly and establish credibility Sales & Program Enrollment Present and recommend appropriate treatment programs Confidently guide clients toward starting care Handle questions and objections with clarity and professionalism Ensure clients fully understand their plan and next steps Close and enroll new clients into programs Handoff & Coordination Ensure a smooth transition to the Case Manager and Client Success Manager Communicate client goals, expectations, and program details clearly Maintain accurate and complete documentation in the CRM Professional Standards Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidence Communicate clearly, directly, and honestly Follow all consultation systems and processes exactly as designed Stay organized, prepared, and on schedule What Success Looks Like Strong consultation-to-enrollment conversion rates Clients feel confident, informed, and excited to begin Clean, accurate documentation and handoff Clear alignment between client expectations and treatment plan Consistent contribution to clinic growth and revenue Who You Are Confident and comfortable leading structured conversations Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly Results-driven and motivated by performance Professional, composed, and high-integrity Able to follow systems and sales processes precisely Passionate about helping people improve their lives Ideal Background Experience in sales, consultations, or client-facing roles Background in health, wellness, fitness, or aesthetics (preferred but not required) Comfortable discussing personal goals, challenges, and transformation Compensation & Performance Incentives This role includes a competitive hourly base rate plus performance-based bonuses tied to clinic revenue and overall performance.
