HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales Consultant - Join the McCormick Heating & Cooling Family! At McCormick Heating & Cooling, you're more than just a number. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. If you have a passion for helping homeowners, strong sales skills, and HVAC industry knowledge, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess comfort needs and provide customized HVAC solutions. Educate customers on heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and energy-efficient equipment options. Build trust and guide customers through the decision-making process with confidence and professionalism. Prepare and present proposals that meet customer needs and company standards. Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process to ensure an exceptional experience. Generate and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business. Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution. Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and gross margin goals. Occasionally inspect equipment in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas to evaluate system conditions and verify recommendations. Qualifications Previous in-home sales experience required HVAC sales experience preferred Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, equipment, and indoor air quality products. Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Proficient with computers, tablets, and CRM software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. What We Offer Competitive salary plus commission structure with excellent earning potential. $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
