Job Overview Are you a proven closer with a background in personal lines insurance or high-volume phone sales? Are you motivated by uncapped earning potential and ready to take full ownership of your pipeline and production? The Wohrley Allstate Agency is growing and looking for driven, competitive sales professionals who are ready to produce at a high level, maximize opportunities, and consistently exceed targets. What Sets This Role Apart Although we do provide our team with leads and support, this is not a "sit back and wait for leads" role. We're looking for someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment Is money-motivated and performance-driven Can build, manage, and grow their own pipeline to supplement provided leads Wants to earn well into six figures through production We provide leads—but top producers don't rely on them alone. What We're Looking For (Must-Have Experience) We are prioritizing candidates with: Experience in personal lines insurance sales (highly preferred) OR Strong phone sales / outbound sales experience (call-heavy environments)
Additionally:
1+ years of commissioned sales experience (required) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation Strong communication and closing skills Consistent work ethic backed by solid job history P&C License required (or willingness to obtain—we'll support you) Compensation & Benefits Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses Top performers earning $100K+ annually
Total Compensation:
$65,000 - $125,000+ $2,000 licensing bonus (after 90 days with valid P&C license) Why Join Us? In person Responsibilities Responsibilities Build relationships and develop customized insurance solutions to protect clients' assets Follow up on warm leads and referrals to generate new business Make 100-150 outbound calls per day to follow up and prospect Deliver engaging sales presentations and close deals Conduct needs-based policy reviews and recommend updates as needed Create a positive, professional customer experience every time About Us I have been an Allstate agent since 2012, and I enjoy it because I simply love working with people.
