We're on the lookout for a motivated Outside Sales Representative who's ready to meet with customers, create accurate estimates, and help bring their dream paint projects to life. You'll be provided with warm, ready-to-go leads —your job is to build relationships, walk customers through their options, and close the sale. You'll be responsible for the following activities to succeed in this role: Meet homeowners and discuss their painting needs Measure, estimate, and prepare proposals Coordinate color consultations Follow up and close sales Generate referrals and support marketing efforts Hit or exceed monthly sales goals What You Bring to the Table From day one, we want you to find success as an Outside Sales Representative.
