That's what you sell. Except it's not just Christmas — it's 4th of July decor, Halloween displays, weddings, restaurant patios, permanent year-round LED systems, and storefront magic. We're Mighty Bright Holiday Lights, and we're growing fast. Our install crew is incredible. What we need now is someone who can walk a property, sketch a vision, write a quote, and close the deal. If you can read a room, charm a homeowner, and you've got the kind of local Telluride relationships that turn into "yeah let's do it" — we want to talk to you. What You'll Sell Mighty Bright isn't a one-season company. You'll have something to sell every month of the year: Residential holiday lighting — Christmas (our bread and butter), 4th of July, Halloween, fall décor Permanent outdoor LED systems — programmable, year-round lighting that reconfigures for every holiday. High-ticket, high-margin, and the fastest-growing part of our business. Commercial accounts — restaurants, bars, hotels: bistro lights, patio lighting, year-round ambient, storefront décor. These are recurring relationships that compound. Weddings and private events — once-in-a-lifetime installs, often premium pricing, often referrals Property managers, HOAs, and real estate — multi-property contracts, recurring revenue, the kind of relationships that pay you back for years How the Money Works 100% commission. 1099 independent contractor. You set your own hours, run your own pipeline, write off your own truck miles. 10% commission on company-provided leads — we hand you warm inbounds from our marketing, past customers, and referrals. You walk the property, design the install, close the deal. 15% commission on leads you generate yourself — your relationships, your networking, your hustle. Bring it in, keep more. Bonus tiers on permanent LED installs over $10K and commercial contracts over $5K Recurring commission on multi-year contracts you originate (we'll talk specifics) Paid on collected revenue — typically within 30 days of customer payment

What You'll Be Doing Driving to residential and commercial properties around Telluride for on-site consultations Walking properties with customers, sketching design ideas, talking through options Writing custom quotes on the spot (we'll give you the pricing tools and design templates) Following up on warm inbound leads from our marketing Generating your own leads through networking, referrals, door-knocking, and local relationships Closing deals — collecting deposits, signing contracts, scheduling installs with our crew Staying in touch with past customers for repeat work each season Building long-term commercial accounts with restaurants, bars, hotels, and property managers Representing the Mighty Bright brand the way it deserves

Who You Are Must-haves:

Real sales experience — ideally outside/in-home sales (home services, solar, roofing, remodeling, real estate, insurance, vacation rentals — anything with a property walk) Comfortable with on-site quotes and asking for the close Confident in front of high-net-worth customers (Telluride is what it is) Solid local knowledge of Telluride and the surrounding area, or strong existing relationships here Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, smartphone, willing to drive properties year-round Self-starter who doesn't need someone over their shoulder Honest. We won't oversell people, and we won't survive long-term if you do.
