Construction Sales Representative

Job Overview We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet with clients, evaluate project needs, and sell foundation repair and waterproofing services. This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential. Leads are provided. Your focus will be on meeting customers, building trust, and closing sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing their own schedule, and building relationships in the field. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners and commercial clients to evaluate project needs Present and sell foundation repair and waterproofing solutions Build relationships with customers and referral partners Attend networking events of your choice at least once per week Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients Represent the company with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Required Sales experience (any industry) Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Self-motivated and reliable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred (Not Required) Experience in construction, home services, or foundation repair sales Experience with in-home sales or outside sales Experience attending networking or business events

Pay:

$63,269.30 - $150,000.00 per year
