Inside Sales Fulfillment Coordinator

David Alan Hospitality Group is looking for a hospitality-driven individual who believes strongly in our core values and is excited to join a team built on service, teamwork, and genuine care for our guests. Summary The Inside Sales Fulfillment Coordinator specializes in managing sales leads and event orders for our exclusive and preferred event venues. The pay range for this position is $20-35 per hour and includes benefits such as PTO, shoe reimbursement, contribution towards medical reimbursement and 401K participation once you have met eligibility requirements.

Qualifications Experience:

Prior sales experience, preferably in the hospitality/catering industry

Sense of urgency Willingness to learn Take initiative Accept responsibility Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following Communicate daily with clients and peers Ability to learn and utilize industry software such as TPP and Canva Familiarity with AI Ability to collaborate amongst departments such as culinary/operations/production to bring clients vision to life Create proposals and contracts within software Willingness to attend seminars and meetings with clients/industry leaders Work with the rest of the team at catered events, some will be mandatory Flexibility to work night and weekends when needed
