Entry Level Outside Sales Representative (Warm Leads Provided!) About the

Are you an outgoing, ambitious professional looking to break into the lucrative world of sales, but don't want to spend your days cold-calling or door-knocking? Nu-Face Home Improvements is one of the fastest-growing home remodeling brands in the region, specializing in premium acrylic bath transformations, siding, windows, doors, and roofing. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. No previous sales experience is required. We provide a comprehensive, fully paid 3-to-5-week training program that gives you all the tools, product knowledge, and confidence you need to succeed.

      What You'll Do:
      • Connect with
      Homeowners:
      Deliver engaging, iPad-based proprietary sales presentations to pre-qualified prospective clients.
        Demonstrate Value:
        Present premium product materials and custom design options in-home.
          Close Deals:
          Provide accurate pricing, handle objections with poise, and close sales on a daily basis.
            Assess Projects:
            Take basic measurements of project spaces for custom ordering.
              Keep Growing:
              Participate in ongoing, collaborative weekly team meetings and sales coaching sessions.
              What We're Looking For:
                Natural Communicators:
                Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to speak confidently and articulately in social settings.
                  Self-Motivated Drivers:
                  A strong sense of ambition, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently.
                    Coachability:
                    A desire to learn our proven training processes and internalize product knowledge.
                      Reliability:
                      Must have a valid driver's license (a company car is provided!).
