Handle inquiries, process orders, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. Responsibilities Include but not limited to the following:

Sales Support:

Answer incoming calls. Route calls as necessary. Provide tracking information, product availability, and invoice copies upon request. Enter local customer orders as needed. Manage online chat.

Customer Service Support:

Obtain and record order updates, including lead times, shipping dates, and backorders from the factories. Enter tracking information in relevant systems, including NetSuite. Perform order entry and assemble quotes as needed for sales teams. Oversee the returns process by obtaining return authorizations for all departments and managing it from start to finish. Qualifications Strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy skills. Familiarity with NetSuite a plus. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Windows, Excel.
