Full-Time About GS Woodworking GS Woodworking is a high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork company serving luxury homes in Manhattan, Westchester County, the Hamptons, and Fairfield County. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and organized professional to support our estimating and sales efforts while helping strengthen and improve our sales operations. Position Overview The Senior Millwork Estimator & Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the company's growth by preparing estimates, managing client follow-up, coordinating sales activities, and helping convert opportunities into successful projects. Key Responsibilities Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, elevations, and project specifications. Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for custom millwork projects. Follow up with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners regarding proposals and project opportunities. Track leads, estimates, and sales opportunities through the sales pipeline. Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project discussions. Follow up on all submitted estimates and proposals. Support CRM implementation and sales process improvements. Assist leadership in developing more efficient sales and estimating procedures. Coordinate internally with project management, operations, and finance teams. Help improve estimate turnaround times and proposal follow-up efforts. Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, estimating, project coordination, or a related construction field. Ability to read architectural drawings and plans. Professional-level English communication skills. Strong communication and client relationship skills. Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with high-end residential projects. Portuguese or Spanish language skills. Experience with QuickBooks. Experience using CRM systems. Experience working with architects, designers, builders, or luxury residential clients.
