In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and delivering exceptional service within the roofing industry. Your enthusiasm for outside sales, combined with your expertise in business development and account management, will help us grow our market presence. Duties Develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within designated territories. Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and upselling opportunities. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry preferred. Strong management skills with a track record of developing and maintaining client relationships through account management practices. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to service delivery. Ability to conduct product demos effectively and explain technical details clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies. Strong communication skills with the ability to perform cold calling and inside sales as needed.
