We are actively hiring a performance-driven AT&T Sales Account Associate to represent AT&T's fiberoptic products and services through direct residential and neighborhood outreach campaigns. This is a field-based sales role focused on customer engagement, account enrollment and sales performance. As the AT&T Sales Account Associate, you will be assigned a designated territory and use a generated lead system to connect directly with prospective customers, educate them on available AT&T services, recommend solutions based on their needs and guide them through the enrollment and account activation process with honesty, transparency, and ease.
AT&T Sales Account Associate Key Responsibilities:
Represent AT&T by promoting premium fiberoptic internet, wireless and telecommunications services to prospective customers in assigned territories and residential neighborhoods. Establish genuine rapport with customers through face-to-face conversations and explain AT&T's products, pricing, promotions and service options clearly and confidently. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions best suited to their lifestyle. Accurately complete sales documentation and maintain customer records by adhering to all company confidentiality policies and guidelines . Achieve personal sales performance goals on a weekly and monthly basis to remain aligned with company KPIs and performance objectives. What We're Looking For in an

Performance-based compensation with uncapped commission opportunities and tier performance bonuses

Most AT&T Sales Account Associates earn approximately $45,000-$52,000 annually, with higher-performing team members earning $62,000 to $78,000+ per year based on individual sales results.
Work Location :
All employees are required to report to our Stamford, CT office daily before working in assigned sales territories throughout Connecticut and select neighboring areas of New York.
