Overview Join our dynamic Service Business Development Center team as a Service Business Development Center Representative! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking automotive service solutions, driving engagement and building lasting relationships. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help connect customers with the right service options, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to vehicle repair. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills within a fast-paced, automotive environment. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service and listening carefully to their automotive needs Identify customer requirements for vehicle maintenance, repairs, or upgrades by asking targeted questions Promote and upsell various automotive services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, transmissions, suspension work, and more Schedule appointments efficiently while managing multiple customer interactions with enthusiasm and accuracy Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and sales transactions with precision Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while ensuring compliance with company policies Qualifications Previous dealership experience or auto service management background is highly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures Experience in auto estimating, service writing, or automotive repair is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently Familiarity with automotive specialties such as air brakes, alignments, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, tire service, oil changes, auto body repair, and auto sales Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience Basic cash handling skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the automotive industry. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
