We are a fast-growing emergency restoration and rebuild company serving homeowners across Tri-State Area ( NY, NJ, and CT) . When families suffer the worst moments of their lives — house fires, floods, structural damage — we are the team that shows up, takes the burden off their shoulders, and rebuilds their homes and their lives. Respond to fire scenes, disaster locations, and emergency events in your assigned territory Approach affected homeowners and families on location — at the scene, at the hotel, or at the property Build instant trust and rapport with people who are scared, overwhelmed, and in crisis Clearly explain our emergency board-up, cleanup, and full rebuild services Sign contracts on the spot for emergency services and restoration Coordinate hand-off to our project management team after signing Follow up with insurance adjusters and maintain client relationships through the process Work flexible hours — fires and disasters don't happen 9 to 5 WHO YOU ARE This is not a cubicle job. This is not a call center. This is not for the faint of heart. You are someone who:
Has the natural gift of gab — you can walk up to a stranger in a parking lot and have them smiling and trusting you within 2 minutes Thrives under pressure and stays calm when people around you are emotional Has real street sales experience — door to door, canvassing, roofing, solar, home improvement, insurance, or similar Knows how to read people fast and adjust your pitch accordingly Is bilingual a major plus — Spanish, Creole, Portuguese, or Arabic speakers are strongly encouraged to apply Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Is available for nights, weekends, and on-call situations when disaster strikes Is self-motivated — you don't need a manager standing over you to get to work Has thick skin — you will hear no, and you will come back swinging every time Prior experience in any of the following is a huge advantage: Roofing sales, storm chasing sales, solar canvassing, public adjusting, real estate wholesaling, home improvement sales, disaster restoration, or insurance field sales. WHAT WE OFFER
Base Salary — Steady income while you build your pipeline Aggressive Commission — Per signed job bonus structure. Top reps are clearing $150K+ Performance Bonuses — Monthly volume bonuses when you hit your targets Mileage Reimbursement — We cover your field costs Paid Training — We teach you the restoration process, the insurance claim process, and how to approach and sign distressed homeowners ethically and effectively Growth Opportunity — Top performers move into Territory Manager and Sales Director roles as we expand Consistent Lead Flow — We monitor emergency dispatch and fire reports, so you always know where to be Team Support — You are never alone. Dispatch, project management, and leadership back you up every step of the way A DAY IN THIS JOB LOOKS LIKE THIS
At 7am you check overnight fire reports for your territory. There was a house fire in Hartford last night. You head to the scene. The family is standing outside a boarded-up home, overwhelmed, on the phone with their insurance company, not sure what to do next. You walk up, introduce yourself, show genuine empathy, explain exactly what happens next and how we make it easy for them. You answer their questions. You hand them something that gives them hope. You get the signature. That one job could mean thousands of dollars in commission for you — and a family that gets their home and their life back. That is what we do. Every single day. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of field sales, canvassing, or door-to-door experience Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Smartphone with ability to use digital contract and CRM tools Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Strong verbal communication — English required, bilingual strongly preferred Must be comfortable approaching strangers in emotionally charged environments HOW TO APPLY
