Own the Northeast As Strategic Regional Sales Account Leader - Northeast Region, you'll drive strategic impact by expanding revenue across a high-potential territory through ownership of key B2B relationships. This role exists to turn complex customer needs into practical, protect-the-workforce solutions that our customers value and employees need to be safe and productive in harsh environments. What you'll lead and shape Manage and grow assigned regional/national accounts across the Northeast; build durable, executive-level partnerships Uncover expansion opportunities, win reorders, and introduce new products through solution-based selling Run onsite and virtual meetings, including presentations and product demonstrations Own account planning, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and documentation in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) Partner cross-functionally to resolve delivery questions and escalations while protecting the customer experience What you bring 5+ years direct B2B sales; PPE/industrial product experience strongly preferred Cold-chain/warehouse/distribution knowledge; strong territory and account management Experience working with a CRM and utilizing data to identify opportunities and close deals Clear communication, high autonomy, and disciplined organization If you're ready to drive outcomes with competitive total compensation package that includes a competitive base, with monthly and annual match bonus opportunity, apply now. Momentum in Motion You start the week by slicing CRM data into a sharp visit plan-where the biggest revenue swings are, who needs a face-to-face, and what story your numbers are telling. Then it's out into the territory: site walks, quick huddles with decision-makers, and real-world discovery that turns into tailored recommendations. Between meetings, you sync with Customer Service on deliveries and any hot issues so customers feel momentum, not friction and get the latest and greatest on our product offerings from Marketing. You wrap by updating forecasts, tightening next steps, and setting up the next run of high-impact visits-Monday through Friday, 9-5 with the flexibility your customers (and travel) demand.
