Job Description

Advanced Construction is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Office & Sales Coordinator to support daily office operations while assisting with sales activities and client communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing administrative tasks, and helping drive business growth in a fast-paced construction environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly. Schedule appointments, estimates, and project consultations. Maintain customer records, contracts, and project documentation. Prepare invoices, proposals, and other business correspondence. Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed. Assist with payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable support. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Sales & Customer Service Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. Follow up on leads generated through marketing, referrals, and website inquiries. Schedule sales appointments for estimators and project managers. Prepare and send project proposals and follow-up communications. Track sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Assist with customer satisfaction follow-ups and review requests. Support marketing initiatives, including social media updates and email campaigns. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative, office management, customer service, or sales experience. Experience in construction, home improvement, or related industries preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM software and QuickBooks is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills Professional phone etiquette. Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving and customer service mindset. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
