Company Overview BLD Pharmatech Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of diverse research chemicals supporting the bio/pharmaceutical supply chain with custom synthesis and scalable production of key starting materials, advanced intermediates, and specialty reagents. BLD operates integrated R&D and manufacturing capabilities, including route scouting, process optimization, technology transfer, and scale-up production (up to 100 kg and beyond), supported by in-house analytical and quality systems (ISO-certified). We serve pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, CROs, and CDMOs worldwide, helping accelerate development timelines with reliable execution from lab to commercial scale. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sale representative to join our dynamic sales team at BLD Pharmatech Co.,Limited. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and market knowledge to build strong relationships with clients, providing tailored chemical solutions that meet their specific needs. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities I. Field Work & Sales Execution
  • Perform field work, including customer visits and exhibition attendance.
  • Manage accounts and build trust-based relationships through regular customer visits and proactive follow-up. II. Marketing & Brand Promotion
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows; run marketing campaigns; collect customer leads and build a local contact pool.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams (e.g., HQ sales & marketing, local customer support teams) on branding and marketing events.
  • Monitor social media discussions about BLDpharm, competitors, and the industry to identify potential leads. III. Sales Activities & Target Achievement
  • Formulate sales plans and strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Communicate accurate product, pricing, availability, and promotion information to customers. IV. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
  • Collect local market, industry, and competitor intelligence; support market research and strategy planning.
  • Identify and engage with life science research and industrial customers to promote the BLDpharm brand products and services. Required Skills Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a life science or chemistry-related field (required).
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing of chemical reagents, laboratory chemicals, or life science products, including customer visits, distributor management, and channel development. (required). Professional Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport clients.
