Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and styling options Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and addressing concerns with professionalism Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and processing payments Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to enhance visual appeal Assist with inventory management by organizing displays, and conducting stock counts as needed Skills Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home goods environments Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers effectively Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills Experience working in Furniture industries or similar settings is beneficial and it is required Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable shopping experiences!
