$50,000 - $55,000 + BenefitsOur client, a growing manufacturing company local to Norwich, CT, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a fully onsite position offering competitive compensation and a strong benefits package. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an inside sales role and a proven ability to drive revenue and build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to generate new businessDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clientsIdentify customer needs and provide tailored product/service solutionsMeet or exceed sales targets and performance metricsMaintain accurate records of sales activity within CRM systemsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment

Qualifications:
