Job Description
Responsibilities Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and self-generated leads. Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing and exterior home improvement solutions. Perform basic property inspections and identify potential damage. Educate homeowners about the insurance claims process when applicable. Prepare and present project proposals. Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with project managers and office staff throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities. Qualifications Sales experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
