Sales Consultant Honda of Stamford Stamford, CT Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Bilingual Automotive sales Multilingual Driver's License Prospecting Full Job Description Automotive Sales Executive Honda of Stamford is looking for a driven, experienced Automotive Sales Executive to join our growing dealership team. We're seeking a motivated sales professional who knows how to build relationships, guide customers through the buying process, and deliver a first-class dealership experience from the first conversation to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of automotive sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a genuine passion for helping customers find the right vehicle. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through phone calls, internet leads, showroom visits, follow-ups, and outbound prospecting Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact and vehicle selection to pricing, financing, and delivery Present and demonstrate vehicles while clearly explaining features, benefits, technology, safety, and available options Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term loyalty Use CRM software to track leads, follow up with customers, manage appointments, and maintain accurate sales activity Work with customers to understand their needs, budget, trade-in options, and financing preferences Assist with inventory selection and stay informed on available vehicles, current promotions, and market trends Collaborate with the sales and management teams to meet dealership goals and provide a smooth customer experience Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach at all times Qualifications Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience preferred Proven success in a dealership or vehicle sales environment Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent phone etiquette and follow-up habits Comfortable using CRM software and dealership systems Ability to manage multiple customers, leads, and appointments in a fast-paced setting Strong understanding of retail math, pricing, financing, and inventory Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license required What We Offer Top-notch compensation and benefits package Opportunity to work with a respected Honda dealership Supportive team environment Strong inventory and customer traffic Growth opportunities within the dealership Ongoing training and development Join Our Team If you're an experienced automotive sales professional who is ready to take the next step, Honda of Stamford would like to hear from you.
