Trumbull, CT Position Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator- Sales provides high-level administrative and operational support to the VP of Sales, Field Sales and Commercial leadership team. This role is primarily focused on executive support, coordination, and organization of sales activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and highly communicative, with the ability to clearly, professionally, and proactively interact with executives and cross-functional teams. Strong technical proficiency in CRM systems (including Microsoft Dynamics 365) and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
Position Summary:
Support the Sales teams to organize customer program information, create sales reports, and support sales Executives. Act as a liaison between our sales staff, internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
