Northeast Territory Manager Company:
Denali Metal Finishing - A new abrasives, equipment, and supplies company backed by decades of industry expertise. About the Role We are a newly established abrasives, equipment, and sales company founded by two industry veterans with a combined 60+ years of experience in the abrasives and surface preparation sector. Our focus is on delivering high-quality abrasive products—including aluminum oxide, garnet, glass bead, crushed glass, steel grit/shot, vibratory finishing equipment, cleaning equipment, and abrasive blast finishing equipment—to industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, and blasting customers. We're seeking a driven, results-oriented Abrasive Equipment and Supplies Sales Representative / Northeast Territory Manager to develop and grow a protected territory. This is a high-earning opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving new business in the industrial abrasives and blasting market. What You'll Do Aggressively prospect and develop new accounts while nurturing and expanding existing relationships Conduct application-based selling: consult with customers on the best abrasive solutions for their blasting, grinding, cleaning, polishing, or surface preparation needs Perform product demonstrations, technical recommendations, on-site visits, and support with finishing. Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing and ongoing account management Achieve growth targets through a high volume of customer interactions and effective use of sampling programs Collaborate with ownership to refine strategies and support overall company growth Our Job Shop Capabilities In addition to our abrasives distribution, we operate a full-service job shop offering in-house shot peening, robotic finishing, sand blasting, glass bead finishing, metal polishing, vibratory tumbling, deburring, ultrasonic cleaning, and vapor degreasing . This allows our sales team to provide complete solutions — from supplying the media to delivering finished parts and services — giving you a strong competitive advantage when working with customers. What You Bring Proven B2B sales experience (industrial or technical sales preferred) Experience in abrasives, blasting, coatings, finishing, or related industrial fields is a strong plus (but not required) Self-starter with a determined mentality and strong closing skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Basic computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to travel within the territory (local/regional) Compensation Competitive base salary based on experience + uncapped commission on all sales Monthly performance bonuses Additional year-end bonuses and incentive programs Benefits & Incentives Gas, auto, and travel allowance Company cell phone or cell phone allowance Ongoing product training and development support At Denali Metal Finishing, you'll have the support of owners who deeply understand the business combined with the agility and excitement of a new company.
