In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and translating them into innovative design solutions. You will work closely with Trades and Professionals to develop tailored design strategies that enhance their experience and meet their objectives. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, design expertise, and exceptional customer service skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Set the industry standard for customer experience and sales.
  • Utilize a proprietary cloud-based program for quoting and managing sales.
  • Collaborate with assigned territory reps on managing Trade and Professional leads to build brand awareness.
  • Backup to inside sales design team for multiple territories, ensuring customer needs and preferences are met.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, landscapers, and builders to assist with outdoor kitchen design and job quoting.
  • Provide knowledgeable and innovative design services to clients, transforming ideas into actionable plans.
  • Act as the liaison for installation, coordinating with regional installers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work closely with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate product specifications and review new product development offerings..
  • Assist in administrative tasks, offering sales and customer service support to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales, particularly in kitchen design and cabinetry Experience with B2B and international sales preferred. Familiarity with computer-aided design software (e.g., SketchUp) and knowledge of ADA design principles a plus. Strong design and visualization skills, with a knack for creating practical, aesthetic solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with customers and installation teams. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools. Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding appliance specifications, with attention to detail. Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows.
