Job Description

Family Ford Lincoln is seeking entry-level Product Consultants to train and grow with our company. We offer non-commission salary pay in addition to a monthly bonus structure, as well as a comprehensive benefit package. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our dealership's inventory and available vehicles
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and following up with potential customers
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve overall dealership goals
Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage leads, follow-ups, and customer information
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent public speaking and communication skills to engage with customers and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Knowledge of automotive sales processes, including financing options, warranties, and service plans
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships based on trust and professionalism
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and stay updated on industry trends Ideal Candidates will
