Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Sales & Project Specialist to join our luxury design showroom. This role combines highend sales expertise with design project management, supporting clients and trade professionals from initial concept through execution and styling. The ideal candidate brings a refined client service approach, strong project management skills, and technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. This role is responsible for driving showroom sales, managing design projects of varying scales, and delivering exceptional, personalized experience to every client. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years' experience in luxury retail, interior design, or design project management Proven track record in high-end sales and client relationship management Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment Passion for luxury design, aesthetics, and providing an elevated client experience Responsibilities Sales & Client Relationships Contribute directly to the showroom's overall sales performance and revenue growth Engage with potential clients, generating and developing your own leads Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty Anticipate and resolve client service issues efficiently, escalating to management when appropriate with full context Utilize technological tools to streamline client communication, manage relationships, and enhance engagement Project Management & Design Execution Manage design projects from concept to execution, including procurement, installation, and styling Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and to the highest standard Collaborate with interior designers, architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution Produce technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD, and develop polished presentations with Adobe Creative Suite Generate project estimates, formal quotations, execute sales Generate purchase orders and facilitate order placement What You'll Gain Hands-on experience managing luxury design projects from concept to completion Exposure to high-end clients, designers, architects, and trade professionals Opportunity to develop and expand your client base in a luxury retail environment Strengthening technical skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and project coordination Participate in styling, merchandising, and showroom creative direction Mentorship and growth opportunities in both the creative and business sides of luxury design A role that bridges sales, design, and project management in a high-touch, client-focused environment How to Apply Please submit a resume and brief cover letter outlining your interest.
