By fostering ride-sharing opportunities, sRide helps users save on travel costs, reduce commute times, improve mobility, and build closer communities. Additionally, the platform supports cities and organizations by easing traffic congestion, reducing parking requirements, and lowering carbon emissions. sRide is committed to creating sustainable and efficient transportation solutions for better urban living. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the DC Area for a Full-Cycle Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) . In this role, you will own the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure , giving you higher responsibility and a direct impact on sRide's growth. You will identify and generate new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, communicate effectively to convey the value of sRide's solutions, and support the team in achieving ambitious business goals. A key part of this role is helping cities and employers accelerate their sustainability goals while driving measurable business outcomes. You will work directly with the founders , shaping sales strategies, running your own market, and taking a true "founder-level" ownership of results. Compensation includes a competitive base plus 10% of revenue , reflecting the direct impact of your work. How You Will Help the City & State Become More Sustainable Advocate for carpooling as a cost-effective climate solution that reduces congestion and lowers emissions. Work with employers to help them meet Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) and sustainability mandates. Partner with city and regional transportation agencies to expand shared mobility options and reduce parking demand. Enable organizations to transition employees toward greener commute habits, contributing to Washington's long-term carbon-reduction targets. Build awareness around community-based mobility solutions that improve air quality, reduce strain on public infrastructure, and support a more connected, sustainable region. Qualifications Proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Full-Cycle Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal capabilities Proficiency in business development strategies and a solid understanding of the full sales process Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic sales scenarios Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Experience with CRM tools and sales technologies is a plus Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think and act like a startup founder
