Job Description

Job Title:
Marketing & Business Development Representative (Commission-Based)
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven individuals to join our team in a commission-based marketing role focused on business growth, partnerships, and client acquisition. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, brand partnerships, and business development while having the opportunity to directly influence earnings through performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and excited about helping expand our brand presence through outreach, networking, and creative growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new marketing, partnership, sponsorship, and client opportunities Conduct outreach to brands, businesses, athletes, organizations, and prospective partners Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness and growth Generate leads and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners Support business development initiatives through networking, events, and digital outreach Collaborate with content and social teams to amplify campaigns and partnership initiatives Track outreach activities, leads, and conversion metrics Provide market research and identify new growth opportunities within target industries
Qualifications:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently Interest in marketing, partnerships, sales, sports, entertainment, or brand development Comfortable with outreach, networking, and business development activities Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Previous sales, marketing, social media, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
