We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Tanning Consultant. As a Tanning Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our tanning services and products to clients. If you have a passion for sales, customer service, and the beauty industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they enter the salon
- Educate clients on the different tanning options available we have to offer
- Assist clients in selecting the appropriate tanning packages or products
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client's tanning experience
- Ensure that all tanning beds and rooms are clean and sanitized
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of tanning procedures and equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with cosmetology or beauty industry is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
