Job Description

Job Overview Are you driven by building relationships, closing deals, and turning opportunities into long-term revenue? We're looking for a Commercial Pool Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn expertise into growth. This role is at the center of our expansion strategy—responsible for driving organic growth in weekly commercial pool maintenance and repair services while maximizing value from our existing customer base. What You'll Do You won't just sell new accounts; you'll grow and build on our current customer base as well. As a Commercial Pool Consultant, you'll identify, pursue, and close new commercial maintenance contracts across properties like HOAs, apartment communities, hotels, and fitness centers. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand how proactive maintenance and timely repairs protect their investment and elevate their guest experience. You'll also run inbound and internally generated repair leads for current commercial customers—diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and converting opportunities into booked work. Every interaction is a chance to strengthen relationships and increase lifetime customer value. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field engagement
  • Sell and secure weekly commercial pool maintenance contracts
  • Respond to and close repair leads from existing commercial accounts
  • Conduct on-site assessments, identify needs, and present tailored solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Stay current on industry standards, compliance, and best practices What You Bring

  • Strong closing skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable working in the field and managing a dynamic schedule
