Native Portuguese fluency is required, as the majority of our client base communicates in Portuguese, and fluency in English is required as well, as the attorney is american. Important Role Disclaimer This position is a sales and client relations role. The Sales Executive will work under the supervision of a licensed U.S. immigration attorney and in collaboration with our legal team. The selected candidate will not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal strategy, or legal representation to clients. All legal guidance, case assessments, and immigration recommendations are provided exclusively by licensed attorneys. The role of the Sales Executive is to educate prospective clients about our services, gather preliminary information, facilitate communication, and guide clients through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Conduct consultative sales with individuals seeking U.S. immigration services. Build trust and rapport with prospective clients through professional and empathetic communication. Explain firm services, process workflows, and available immigration pathways as presented and approved by the legal team. Conduct consultations, phone calls, and video meetings throughout the sales cycle. Manage leads, opportunities, and contracts using Salesforce CRM. Assist prospective clients in understanding the firm's process and next steps. Coordinate communication between clients and the legal team when necessary. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process. Collaborate with the marketing team in creating educational and informational content. Contribute ideas to improve client experience, communication strategies, and conversion performance. Work toward sales, retention, and client satisfaction goals. Preferred qualifications include:
Experience in consultative sales, client relations, customer success, or business development. Experience in service-based industries such as legal services, immigration, education, healthcare, or consulting is a plus. Comfortable speaking on camera and participating in educational content. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to listen actively and understand client needs. Professional, organized, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred. Interest in immigration services and international mobility. Ability to learn quickly and work within established procedures.
