Key Responsibilities Present and sell vacation packages, resort stays, travel memberships, and promotional offers to prospective clients. Build rapport with guests and identify their vacation needs and preferences. Conduct in-person, phone, or virtual sales presentations. Explain package features, benefits, pricing, and financing options. Overcome objections and close sales professionally and ethically. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Stay informed about current promotions, destinations, and company offerings. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous sales experience preferred, especially in hospitality, travel, tourism, timeshare, or customer service industries. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
