The hired individual will be given leads and be required to acquire leads on there own through various channels such as relationship building, door knocking and networking Role Purpose The Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue through community canvassing, in-person consultations, and on-the-spot closing. This role exists to consistently produce qualified jobs that meet company pricing standards while maintaining a professional customer experience. Services

5% on returning customers, 5% on hand-off customers $500/month vehicle allowance ($116/week) Company Phone Provided W2 employee Paid weekly Commission is paid after customer invoice is collected Core Responsibilities Convert leads into sold jobs Identify service opportunities (driveways, roofs, windows, pavers, etc.) Protect company pricing and margins Build customer relationships Maintain customer contact from consultation to invoice Accurately measure, price, and input jobs into Jobber Set clear expectations with customers (scope, timing, access) Communicate with operations for scheduling Follow up on warm leads and unsold quotes Performance Metrics (KPIs) Revenue Generated Quotes Sent Quotes Closed Lead-to-Job Conversion Rate Average Ticket Value Sales Standards Follow company pricing guidelines (no unauthorized discounting) Maintain professional appearance and communication Represent company as a premium service provider Requirements Reliable vehicle (required for vehicle allowance) Ability to work outdoors for extended periods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and disciplined Results Driven Success Profile A successful rep in this role: Maintains high daily activity regardless of outcomes Handles rejection without slowing down Takes ownership of results Focuses on consistent execution over short bursts of effort
