Flooring Sales Consultant

About the Role This is a commission (+minimum pay) sales position with paid training. Your job will be to meet with customers both in-store and in their homes to understand their needs, present flooring options, and guide them through the purchase process. You'll have the freedom to build your own client base, earn uncapped commissions, and represent a brand people love. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners in their homes and in our showroom to present flooring and trim solutions Follow up with homeowners Listen to customer needs and recommend the best products for their space and budget Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat customers Follow up with referrals and repeat customers Write up estimates, close sales, and coordinate with our installation team Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and past customers Participate in local networking events to grow your presence in the community Did we mention, follow up?
