Job Description
We are hiring experienced inside sales professionals with a background in: Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Revenue-Based Financing Business Loans Alternative Lending B2B Cold Calling You must understand how to: Pitch factor rates & daily/weekly payments Analyze basic deal structure Overcome objections confidently Close funding deals efficiently This is NOT an entry-level role. Experience in the industry is required. What You'll Be Doing Calling warm & aged leads (and self-generated if desired) Building relationships with small business owners Collecting and reviewing documents (bank statements, apps) Structuring and presenting offers Negotiating and closing deals Managing your pipeline from submission to funding Following up aggressively to maximize conversions Compensation Competitive base salary (for qualified candidates) Aggressive commission structure Uncapped earnings Performance bonuses Spiffs & incentives Top closers earn $15K-$50K+ per month.
