Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that suit their needs Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedure Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience Use retail software and perform 10-key typing efficiently for transaction processing Address customer questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Driven individual and comfortable at attending external event/networking events to build new client relationships or effective partnerships to increase new business and new clients for the location.
