Job Description
What You'll Do Respond to inbound leads and quote requests Follow up with prospective customers via phone, text, and email Build and maintain relationships with dealerships and repeat customers Educate customers on the vehicle shipping process Negotiate pricing and close sales Maintain accurate records in our CRM Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Work closely with dispatch and customer service teams What We're Looking For Strong phone and communication skills Previous sales experience preferred Auto transport, logistics, or brokerage experience is a plus Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable handling objections and closing deals Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and CRM proficiency Compensation & Benefits Uncapped commission structure Performance bonuses Paid training Advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Ideal Candidate You enjoy talking to people, are confident on the phone, and are driven by results.
