The position requires a detail oriented person with skills in written and verbal communication, interpersonal relations to assist in manufacturing scheduling; with emphasis on customer satisfaction. MRP knowledge would be a plus. The position would entail working closely with purchasing departments at our customers, internal manufacturing personnel, sales, vendors and our engineering staff. At Probes Unlimited, we continue to grow year after year with many referrals from our current customers. The goal is to find someone who will help us bring our customer satisfaction to the next level.

Customer Support Specialist would:

Communicate daily with customers about anything concerning their current orders. 1. Responding, same day, to any customer request 2. Blanket PO renewals 3. KanBan level 4. Production expedites and delays Load new orders in our MRP database Identifying BOM shortages and errors and ensuring responsible staff know what is needed. Working with our planner to schedule the manufacturing releases. Understanding our order process and helping to ensure each step is followed and moving forward. Vendor communication to ensure on time delivery of material with the end goal to enhance customer satisfaction. Salary is commensurate with experience.
