As a Sales Consultant , you will effectively engage customers in a professional and exciting boat buying experience while providing outstanding customer service. This is a performance-based, 100 %

COMMISSION ONLY

position, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated and results-driven individuals.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and product knowledge Proactively engage with potential customers in the community Identify customer needs and recommend suitable watersports solutions Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client relationships Foster long-term customer loyalty and encourage referrals Stay informed on industry trends, events, and share updates with clients Explain warranties and dealership service policies clearly Ensure compliance with all relevant sales and financing regulations Support and participate in promotional events such as boat shows and auctions

Requirements:

Bilingual Skill is a plus. (Spanish Required) Proven sales success, ideally in the marine or related industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skilled in negotiation and closing sales Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Proficient in CRM and sales tracking software Bonita Boat Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
