Closing Coordinator 28380 South Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs, FL 34134 $46,959.50 - $56,553.37 a year - Full-time $46,959.50 - $56,553.37 a year - Full-time Join Our Team in the Marine Industry We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Closing Coordinator to join our growing boat sales team. This role works closely with the Comptroller and Sales Department to ensure a smooth, compliant, and exceptional customer purchasing experience from contract to delivery. If you are experienced in financing, closing deals, customer service, and relationship-building — and enjoy the boating lifestyle — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Coordinate and manage all aspects of the boat sales closing and financing process Present financing options, insurance products, extended warranties, and maintenance plans to customers Ensure all transactions comply with company, state, and federal regulations Prepare and review all sales and closing documents for accuracy and compliance Work with lenders to secure financing approvals in a timely manner Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience from purchase through boat delivery Identify upsell opportunities that enhance the customer's boating experience Build strong relationships with lenders, customers, and internal departments Assist with boat shows, special events, auctions, and promotional activities Maintain confidentiality of all customer financial and personal information Submit completed paperwork to accounting within required timelines Help improve and implement F&I processes and procedures Stay informed on boating industry trends, products, and events Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by: Customer Satisfaction (NPS) Total Deals Financed Service Contract Sales Engine Warranty Plan Sales Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan Sales Timely and compliant closing processes Professional and efficient boat deliveries Qualifications Previous F&I, finance, dealership, banking, or sales experience preferred Marine, powersports, RV, automotive, or luxury retail experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to explain financing and product options clearly and professionally Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Knowledge of lending, compliance, and closing procedures preferred Proficiency with computers and dealership software systems Professional appearance and positive attitude Why Join Us?
