Job Description

We are looking to add experienced sales representatives to our sales team
PACE FINANCING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
!! As a sales representative, you will run daily appointments in customers homes that are in need of Home improvements such as: Impact Windows and Doors Roofing HVAC All appointments are pre set and qualified.
REQUIREMENTS
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Optimistic by nature Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Hard working & persistent Reliable and committed Reliable transport (since you will be driving to the meetings) Sales experience is a MUST — (3+ years of sales)
Compensation & Benefits:
You will be on a commission only compensation, with access to advances on the deals you've closed. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday with appointments starting at 10AM, and the last meeting scheduled for 6

$150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
