Job Description

Job Overview The Outside Sales Associate for Atlas Event Rental will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The key aspects of the role include proactive sales activities, client consultation, product recommendations, and coordination with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of events. The Outside Sales Associate will also play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business by delivering exceptional customer service and tailored event solutions .
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through various methods, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Meet with clients to assess their event rental needs, recommend suitable products, and provide detailed pricing information. Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to clients. Follow up on leads and quotes to close sales. Attend job setups per management approval for PR and social media coverage. Create customized rental packages to suit their requirements. Stay up to date regarding rental products, services, and trends within the event industry to provide expert recommendations to clients. Be available outside standard hours for event emergencies and last-minute requests. Update and call the overdue list daily and alert the supervisor of overdue contracts. Maintain and update sales spreadsheet and submit it to the Director of Sales weekly. Meet individual sales goals set by management. Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and event planners. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics, timely deliveries, and accurate setup for all booked events. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service, and retention plans. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Qualifications Proven work experience as an outside sales representative of at least 2 years Excellent knowledge of MS Office Work well in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skillsPrioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients Competitive base salary plus commission Join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional solutions to our clients while advancing your career in a supportive environment.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
