Storm Restoration Sales Representative Tomassetti's All-in-One Construction & Contracting Florida Unlimited Commission Potential | Flexible Schedule | Growth Opportunities Tomassetti's All-in-One Construction & Contracting is actively hiring motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our growing roofing and storm restoration team. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, storm restoration, insurance claims, retail roofing sales, and government contracting projects throughout Florida. In addition to private residential and commercial work, our company is also a registered Prime Contractor with both the Federal Government and the State of Florida for government contracting projects. We are looking for individuals who are driven, confident speaking with homeowners, and ready to grow with a fast-moving company that rewards hard work and results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous door-to-door sales experience who wants strong earning potential, advancement opportunities, and the flexibility to control their own schedule. Compensation This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential. What you put into this position is what you will get out of it. Motivated sales representatives who consistently generate leads, build relationships, and close jobs have the opportunity to earn significant income with no cap on commissions. For the right motivated individuals, we are willing to offer a commission draw structure. For each insurance restoration job sold, once the insurance carrier approves a full replacement and coverage is opened, the company may advance $500.00 toward future commission earnings instead of requiring the sales representative to wait until the project funds are fully collected. Once project funds are received, the $500.00 advance will be deducted from the remaining commission balance due. Responsibilities Canvass neighborhoods for storm damage and aging roofs Knock doors and generate new leads Perform initial roof inspections Meet with homeowners and explain the insurance claim process Attend insurance adjuster meetings onsite Mark storm damage with chalk and document findings with photos Collect signed contracts/N.O.C. paperwork Obtain photos of customer driver's licenses for file documentation Work closely with management throughout the sales and production process Generate both insurance restoration and retail roofing sales opportunities Requirements Previous door-to-door sales experience

REQUIRED
