Entry Level Sales - Roofing Solutions Advisor

Overview:

First Class GC is a licensed Florida roofing and general contracting company focused on delivering First Class service and results. We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Roofing Solutions Advisor (RSA) to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales within the home improvement industry. As an Entry Level Roofing Solutions Advisor (RSA), you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with our services.

What You'll Do:

Engage with customers to understand their roofing needs. Walk through process, features, and advantages of our solutions with customers. Take pictures and necessary measurements of customer's roof. Must be willing to climb up a ladder and on to a roof. Educate homeowners on repair/replacement options and insurance claims process Prepare and present proposals/estimates for customers. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure customer requirements are met. Participate in on-site visits as necessary to assess project requirements. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Represent First Class GC as the trusted local contractor.

Experience:

No roofing experience necessary. No sales experience necessary. Previous experience in roofing or sales is a plus, but not required. Who and what we're looking for: Someone ready for a life-changing opportunity in a

What we offer:

Training

• we teach you everything you need to know in a classroom setting AND in the field with real customers. 2 week ramp up period
• we've been in your shoes, we understand that it takes time to sign your first customer, so we give you a 2 week ramp up period with performance bonuses tied to your daily field activity (up to $1000). Uncapped Pay
• the AVERAGE Entry Level RSA earns $60-72k a year, the TOP RSA's earn over $120k in their first year.
