Overview Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, where your energy and enthusiasm will drive customer engagement and sales growth. Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and live chat to identify their needs and present tailored moving and storage solutions. Manage customer accounts by providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication. Utilize NetSuite CRM to track interactions, update customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account statuses to ensure seamless account management. Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with a minimum of 3 years of phone sales experience. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently. Familiarity with NetSuite or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to explain detailed concepts clearly. Demonstrated ability in account management, sales strategies, and analysis to drive revenue growth. Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to support outreach efforts. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data insights for continuous improvement.
