You do not need previous sales experience. We provide training, coaching, and support. What You'll Do Speak with property managers, maintenance professionals, and business clients across the country Build relationships and identify client needs Present commercial gutter cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services Follow up on quotes and opportunities Maintain accurate notes and activity records in our CRM system Work toward daily and weekly performance goals What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Positive, professional attitude Ability to stay organized and follow through Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day Self-motivated and goal-oriented Coachable and willing to learn Previous customer service, hospitality, call center, or sales experience is helpful but not required This Position Is Probably Not For You If You prefer a low-pressure work environment You dislike performance goals or accountability You're looking for a job where effort and results don't matter What We Offer $25/hour base pay Uncapped commission structure On-target earnings up to $120,000 annually Warm leads only (no cold calling) Paid training Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Supportive team environment Opportunity for advancement within a growing national company This is a full-time, in-office position based in Clearwater, Florida.
