Job Description

The Sr Sales Representative will be focusing on Honeywell's hospitality brand, INNCOM and Onity. The successful candidate will report to the Sr Sales Manager and be tasked with developing and implementing strategies and tactics around our guestroom automation solutions. This is a revenue generating position intended to identify and capitalize on opportunities to collaborate with key decision makers to help expand our market share and drive growth & profitability. The position is focused on developing and maintaining close relationships with key global brands. The position will work with Operations, R D, Engineering, and Product Marketing to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions to the market. It will require a high degree of interface externally with customers, partners, competitors and a thorough understanding of technological trends, regulatory changes, and trade group initiatives.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales Valid Driver's License Ability to travel 30% in Florida Must be a US citizen WE VALUE
The desire and ability to act entrepreneurially Bachelor's degree Experience in guest room automation/energy management Strong pre-existing relationships in the hospitality segment Strong technical skills combined with excellent business acumen Excellent collaboration and communication skills An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction An ability to influence across a broader organization The desire and ability to act entrepreneurially Salesforce experience Experience generating a pipeline of business to increase revenue, performance and profitability The salary range for this position is ($100,000-130,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
