What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and internet leads. Reach out to potential customers and build excitement about our vehicles and promotions. Schedule appointments for our sales team. Follow up with customers and keep leads engaged. Update customer information in our CRM system. Help create an outstanding experience from the very first interaction.
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Comfortable talking with customers by phone, text, and email. Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Customer service, sales, call center, or automotive experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person! Team player who brings energy and enthusiasm every day.
