Sales Associate (Automotive Sales)

Mike Erdman Toyota is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our high-performing team. As part of the growing Erdman Automotive Group, we offer a fast-paced environment, strong leadership support, and the opportunity to build a successful, long-term career.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated professional with prior automotive sales experience who thrives in a busy showroom and is driven to succeed. Toyota experience is a plus, but not required.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles Build and maintain strong customer relationships Conduct product presentations and test drives Follow up with leads and previous customers Stay up to date on inventory, incentives, and financing options Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For:

Prior automotive sales experience required (Toyota preferred) Strong communication and closing skills Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Professional appearance and attitude Ability to perform in a high-volume environment
